At Noahs Ark Web, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy outlines the terms and process for returns and refunds.

1. Terms of Return

  • Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
     
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
     
  • Items must meet the Condition of Return (see Section 2).
     
  • Certain items cannot be returned (see Section 7).
     

2. Condition of Return

To qualify for a return, the item must be:
✔ Unused, unworn, and in original packaging (if applicable).
✔ All accessories, tags, and manuals included.
✔ No visible signs of damage, stains, or alterations.
✔ For defective or damaged products, photo evidence is required before return approval.

3. Eligible Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted for the following reasons:
✔ Wrong item received
✔ Damaged or defective product (must be reported within 7 days of delivery)
✔ Product does not match description
✔ Late delivery (if it exceeds the guaranteed timeframe)

For reasons outside of these, a restocking fee of 15% may apply.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
     
  3. Package the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method.
     
  4. Once received, we will inspect the item and confirm approval.
     

🚨 Note: Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the return.
     
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, store credit, etc.).
     
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
     
  • If a refund is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact your payment provider.
     

6. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for:
✔ Wrong size or color received
✔ Defective or damaged items

To request an exchange, follow the Return Process in Section 4 and specify the replacement item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
❌ Digital products or downloadable content
❌ Customized or personalized items
❌ Gift cards or promotional items
❌ Perishable goods (if applicable)
❌ Items marked as “Final Sale”

8. Shipping & Return Costs

  • Customers cover return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
     
  • If eligible for free returns, we will provide a prepaid return label.
     
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages—please use a trackable shipping method.
     

9. Legal Disclosures
